These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Alraghad Property, an Abu Dhabi based real estate brokerage registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), regarding your use of alraghadproperty.com (the "Website") and any enquiry, consultation, or communication arising from it. By accessing the Website, submitting the contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, calling, or emailing us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any separate written agreement you enter into with Alraghad Property in connection with a specific property transaction, such as a sale, purchase, lease, or off-plan reservation. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and a signed transaction agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence for that transaction.

• "Website" refers to alraghadproperty.com and all pages, tools, and content published on it.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Website.
• "ADREC" refers to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, the regulatory authority governing real estate transactions and advertising in Abu Dhabi.
• "Madhmoun" refers to the Abu Dhabi property advertising permit system administered under ADREC.

Alraghad Property is a real estate brokerage operating in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, registered with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC). Our services include property sales, off-plan advisory, ready property advisory, leasing, land and development transactions, owner representation, investment advisory, and Golden Visa and residency advisory. All property advertising published on the Website complies with ADREC and Madhmoun advertising permit requirements.

You may browse the Website and submit enquiries for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes connected to a genuine property enquiry. You agree not to:

Where rental yield, capital appreciation, or investment return figures are shown, these are indicative estimates based on current market data at the time of publication and are sourced from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) or other named sources where stated. Alraghad Property does not guarantee any rental yield, capital appreciation, or investment return. Past market performance does not guarantee future results.

The Website contains general information about the UAE Golden Visa, a long-term residence visa issued under UAE federal law, and how property purchases in Abu Dhabi may relate to eligibility. Under current UAE government guidelines, properties valued at AED 2 million or more may support Golden Visa eligibility, subject to UAE authority approval and ownership structure. This is general information only. Alraghad Property does not state, and you should not assume, that any specific property automatically qualifies for the Golden Visa.

Eligibility for the Golden Visa is assessed exclusively by the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), based on ownership structure, property value, financing status, and other criteria set by the issuing authority. Alraghad Property is not an immigration authority and does not process visa applications. Where relevant, we introduce clients to qualified legal professionals who manage Golden Visa applications, but we make no representation as to the outcome of any application.

WhatsApp is our primary channel for lead qualification and response. By initiating contact with us through WhatsApp, the Website contact form, telephone, or email, you consent to being contacted back through that same channel, or another channel you have provided, regarding your enquiry. We aim to respond to WhatsApp and contact form enquiries within one hour during business hours, Sunday to Thursday, and to email enquiries within four business hours. Response times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary outside business hours or during periods of high enquiry volume.

You may opt out of further communications at any time by informing your Alraghad Property advisor directly through the same channel.
